Main Features
Bright and high-resolution images
The bright, high-resolution images captured by the high performance CCD images are larger, clearer, and easier to view with full-screen color display.
Interchangeable optical adapters
You can easily change optical adapters to suit your observation requirements such as direction of view, angle of view, and depth of field.
TTF tube with superb insertability and durability
Olympus' own TTF (Tough Tapered Flex) insertion tube design provides superior insertability and excellent crush resistance. On the IPLEX FX, the insertion tube is 3x more resistant to abrasion than conventional TTF tubes.
Super stereo measurement capability
Up to 7 different stereo measurement modes* are available to facilitate high-precision measurement, including distance, height, and depth.
Observation functions including zoom and brightness adjustment
In addition to zoom observation and various image adjustment functions such as brightness and sharpness adjustment, the IPLEX II R Series offer a convenient comparison function that displays live and recorded images simultaneously.
Digital image recording and voice annotation recording
Digital image recording makes possible, more flexible and powerful image management. Instant comparison capabilities allow confirmation of age deterioration. Voice annotation recording is also possible (with the IPLEX FX/IPLEX SA II R/IPLEX SX II R).
Multi-language display
All IPLEX-series videoscopes have a multi-language display allowing users to choose from one of several different languages for the interface.
Versatile software for image management
New IPLEX Viewer Plus software is available as a free download from the Olympus website. It is easy to use and does not require administrator privileges for installation. The software allows image viewing, file management, and post-inspection stereo measurement by both the inspector and off-site personnel. A limited version of IPLEX Viewer Plus software is available as IPLEX Viewer which is bundled with the IPLEX FX.
